As the Exclusive Canadian Distributor of the Nightstar Flashlight, Advanced Rescue Technologies, Inc reserves the right to establish and maintain the Benchmark Price of the Nightstar Flashlight within Canada.
Advanced Rescue Technologies, Inc has chosen to set the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the Original NightStar Flashlight at $54.95 Canadian, and the price of the new NightStar CS model at $44.95. This is to ensure adequate margins for resellers and agents; the Nightstar Flashlight contains the most advanced technology for it's type, and is capable of holding as a retail item at this price.
This MSRP is suggested to ensure adequate profits for our resellers and agents. Distributors and Agents can sell the NightStar at rates outside of the MSRP, but as a result will receive a decrease in profit per flashlight.
